Generic framework for context-aware communication services in visitor’s guides

Over the past decade, when the mobile technology has matured enough, seemed destined prototypes contextual search many travel guides and mobile museum guides visitors on providing museum visitors with personalized information and context-related. [8] As a group visit, too, is a common form in museums [9-11] and other cultural heritage sites, the focus of research is now turning to support groups at these sites [12,13] . In such scenarios, technology-based communication between the museum visitors can interact with them, even if they are not in the immediate vicinity. Such as communication services should not be considered a minor add-on, but as a group of service centers handling applications. Sensitivity to the context of these services, they are an integral part of the visitor experience for groups.
To the best of our knowledge, all the works are so far in the field of communications services context is each individual service designed ad hoc. This makes the development of each service a considerable effort, and limits the variety of services that can be offered by a particular system. Section 4 reported an implementation of the framework in a museum visitor management, while Section 5 of this framework, reinforced by case studies of application. Conclusions and future research are given in Section 6.
